Job Description

  • Market Opportunities: Build and execute ATL & BTL campaigns to support specific marketing objectives across different segments to bolster Product awareness, consideration & differentiation in support of the overall strategic marketing plan.
  • Create strategies aimed specifically at targeted individuals that have been identified as potential customers.
  • Including outdoor advertising, such as billboards and flyers, direct marketing, such as utilizing email and social media, and sponsorship of events.
  • Undertake market research, understand the trends and customer preferences, create marketing strategy and budgets, oversee the creation of marketing materials and content, and perform all other relevant tasks essential for increasing the businesss sales.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the companys presence.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with high\-value clients, investors, and key stakeholders.

  • Leads Forecasting and Analysis: Plan and Implement the overall lead generation strategy to fill the sales funnel in the allocated budget in a structured and planned methodology to ensure the leads generation on a consistent manner and prioritize spending to maximize qualified leads.
  • Develop accurate lead generation forecasts and financial projections to guide business planning and enable the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
  • Plan for lead generation activities, including outdoor events like stalls, sponsorships, and digital activities.
  • Track lead generation systems and allocate leads to the Adissia developers private limited sales team.
  • Conduct regular analysis of lead generation methodology to identify areas for improvement, new avenues and opportunities to create brand awareness.
  • Track and present detailed data analytical reports and recommend changes to strategies to increase Lead Generation.

  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost\-effective allocation of funds to maximize Return On Investment (ROI).
  • Oversee the overall marketing budget, financial forecasting, and profitability analysis for high\-level financial decisions.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department4.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with other real estate firms, developers, and industry professionals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build the companyeputation and identify new business opportunities.

  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to management based on data\-driven insights.
  • Identify new market trends and opportunities and prepare proposals for implementation.
  • 6.
  • Event Management: Manage outdoor events from vendor discussions and quotations to purchase orders and payment follow\-ups.
  • Handle grievances related to outdoor stalls and activities, including food and beverages, and petrol allowances.
  • Planning and executing all BTL activities Events (roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, handbills, brochures) and brand\/service placement.
  • 7.
  • Technology and CRM: Implement and manage advanced marketing technologies, lead management software, and CRM systems to streamline operations.
