Responsibilities / Tasks
- Develop and lead the annual marketing plan for the division and business units (BUs), including budgeting, short-term goals, and long-term strategies, in coordination with Division and BU Heads in India.
- Ensure a consistent brand voice and image across business units, product lines, events, and promotional materials.
- Supervise the execution and performance of marketing campaigns and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives; perform periodic local analytics reviews.
- Plan and manage customer-facing events to build engagement and enhance the brand experience.
- Work closely to drive and execute with GEA India management team and country Managing Director on strategic programs and projects as applicable.
- Work closely with the GEA Global and/or Divisional Marketing and Branding team for alignment and execution of overarching marketing strategies.
- Recommend and implement communication programs that enhance brand engagement and lead generation in collaboration with Division / BU Heads.
- Drive integrated marketing communications, combining both digital and traditional media approaches.
- Create and oversee messaging strategies and targeted campaigns that strengthen the company s public image.
- Develop and disseminate regular internal newsletters and company updates to stakeholders.
- Design and produce marketing collaterals such as corporate presentations, brochures, audiovisual materials (AVs), and press releases, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Manage internal communications across multiple platforms to ensure consistent messaging and employee engagement.
- Handle and support as required, ad hoc marketing projects, including CSR initiatives, internal employee events, and other social functions.
- Track and report ROI for all marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and inform future initiatives.
- Join social media groups and professional networks to stay updated and actively participate in industry discussions.
- Network with industry experts, clients, and stakeholders to boost brand presence and business development efforts.
- Conduct market intelligence gathering to provide insights for marketing strategies and support the sales and service teams with relevant data.

Qualifications:
- Preferred Master s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 15 20 years of relevant experience in marketing role, preferably in a multi business and a multi-national environment. Understanding of and experience in Engineering industry shall be an added advantage.
