Job Description for SALES Engineer : (5 Positions Only MALE Candidate) Qualifications : Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Experience: 3+ Year of Experience in Sales in Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Cutting Tools, Lubricants, Oil & Gas also any Industrial product to various manufacturing and OEM companies. Job Location : BANGALORE, PUNE, COIMBATORE & CHENNAI Roles & Responsibilities : * Achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for Pneumatics, Hydraulic, Cutting Tools, Lubricants and Industrial product to various manufacturing and OEM companies. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and understanding customer needs * Providing technical guidance and support to customers regarding product selection, applications, and troubleshooting * Identifying potential markets, analyzing market trends, and understanding competitive landscapes * Identifying and generating new sales leads, qualifying leads, and developing sales pipelines * Managing the sales process from initial inquiry to order fulfilment * Leading and motivating a sales team, providing training and coaching, and setting performance goals * Developing sales plans, forecasting future sales, and tracking sales performance * Monitoring and analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on sales performance * Negotiating pricing, contracts, terms, and conditions with customers and closing deals. Candidate Resource: He should have his own vehicle to commute. A local candidate also is preferred. Communication: Apart from local language should be proficient in English. Attitude: Must have attitude to learn and willing to work for long period. Skills & Competencies: Shall have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Shall have a flair for networking, meeting new profiles, relationship building, and establishing an instant rapport with the customers Shall be dynamic assertive and aggressive, results-oriented, and can work independently.
