Role & responsibilities Develop and implement maintenance strategies to support production goals and minimize downtime. Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and facilities. Lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and support continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor equipment performance, analyze failures, and implement corrective actions to enhance reliability. Manage maintenance budgets, control expenditures, and optimize resource allocation. Implement and maintain maintenance documentation, records, and reports.
