Roles and Responsibilites

• Develop and manage the business relationships with targeted customers focusing on the promotion of the hospital and its services
• Promote HCG to Doctors, Institutions, Corporate including Insurance companies, Government Medical & Regulatory board, Health Ministry, NGOs within the assigned territory.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge HCG services to healthcare providers
• Work closely with consultants of HCG and team members to arrange value added speaker programs, CMEs, educational workshops, patient interaction.
• Conduct medical camps and Media interactions in the assigned territory.
• Maintain up-to-date database on sales and marketing activities.
• Empanelment with State Government bodies including Directorate of Health Services and Ministry of Health and Regulatory Board.
• Submission of reports from time to time.

KEY RESULTS AREAS (KRAs)

• Increase the visibility of HCG in the designated areas.
• Professionally create, maintain and increase revenues within the designated territory by favorably influencing the targeted customers.
• Achievement of budgeted revenues in the respective geographies.
• Responsible for all sales & marketing activities conducted.
• Conducting CME’s,Round Table Meets, Medical conferences and Symposia’s
• Client Servicing and Customer Relationship Management
• Provide customized value added services depending on the customer needs
• Competition mapping & market research.
• Responsible for the growth and prosperity of the organization
• Responsible for following the professional code of conduct at any point of time and contribute sincerely towards the growth and development of HCG.
