Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Drive full-cycle recruitment for medical roles from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with medical directors, unit heads, and department heads to understand manpower needs. Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, referrals, headhunting, social media, and campus recruitment. Screen, evaluate, and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders. Maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand specialties (oncology, radiology, anesthesia, etc.). Negotiate compensation in alignment with internal benchmarks and market standards. Ensure documentation and credentialing processes are completed in compliance with clinical and legal standards. Coordinate with credentialing, onboarding, and HR operations teams for smooth induction. Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, position closure timelines). Build strong networks with doctors and medical institutes for ongoing hiring needs. Qualifications: Bachelors degree (mandatory); MBA/PGDM in HR or Healthcare Management preferred. 4–7 years of experience in medical or hospital recruitment, especially doctor hiring. Experience working in a hospital chain, healthcare consultancy, or recruitment firm focusing on healthcare preferred. Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of clinical roles and specialties. Excellent sourcing and negotiation skills. Good interpersonal and relationship management abilities. Knowledge of medical credentialing and compliance.
