Manager - Learning and Development

Role Overview: As the Manager - Learning and Development at Bhumis, you will be responsible for leading the design, delivery, and management of comprehensive learning programs for employees, volunteers, and fellows. Your role will focus on leadership development, volunteer engagement, and educational equity, aligning with Bhumis vision and serving as a strategic partner to program leaders and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and Delivering Learning Programs: Lead the design, development, and facilitation of training workshops to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and diverse program needs. - L&D Strategy and System Management: Develop and implement strategic learning plans, manage the Learning Management System (LMS), and curate impactful learning journeys. - Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: Partner with leaders to identify training needs, promote L&D initiatives, and act as the primary contact for learning queries. - Measurement, Evaluation, and Continuous Improvement: Establish frameworks to assess program effectiveness, utilize data insights for enhancing outcomes, engagement, and growth. - Vendor and Budget Management: Oversee L&D budgets, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with training providers for cost-effective solutions. Qualification Required: - Graduate, post-graduate, or fellowship in fields like Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or Social Sector Management. - 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, particularly within NGOs, volunteer organizations, or social sectors. - Proven experience in coaching, professional training, and leadership development for diverse audiences. Company Details: Bhumis is offering a Manager - Learning and Development position based in Chennai or Virtual. This is a permanent full-time role reporting to the Executive Director. The remuneration ranges from Rs. 6 lakhs to Rs. 12 lakhs per annum, negotiable based on profile and experience, with a minimum commitment of two years.,
