Manager - Learning and Development

Role overview

Looking for a senior female Training Manager with 15+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with strong exposure to cultural training, leadership development and organisation-wide training initiatives. The role will own end-to-end design, delivery and implementation of training and OD interventions, including code of conduct, VNA, process and leadership trainings, aligned with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage cultural, behavioural, leadership and corporate training programs across levels (frontline to leadership).
• Lead VNA and process training design/delivery in partnership with operations and quality teams.
• Plan and deliver code of conduct, ethics and policy-related training and ensure compliance across the organisation.
• Drive organisation development initiatives: engagement programs, change management workshops, manager development journeys, etc.
• Create annual training calendars, content, and measurement frameworks to track effectiveness and impact (feedback, assessments, business KPIs).
• Partner with HR and business leaders to roll out and reinforce company policies, values and culture through training and communication.
• Lead and mentor a small L&D/trainer team and manage external training vendors when required.

Required skills and experience

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development / Training, preferably in corporate or BPO/ITeS environments.
• Strong experience in cultural training, VNA, process training, leadership development and corporate classroom/virtual training.
• Demonstrated experience in organisation development or change initiatives and implementing company policies via training and communication.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills; confident, business-facing personality.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Pune and work closely with leadership and HR teams on-site
