Role Overview: You will be joining Sigachi, a leading manufacturer of Excipients for Pharma, Nutra, and food industries, as the Manager of Training and Learning & Development (L&D). In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring training activities to enhance the skills and development of employees at Sigachi. Your key focus will be on creating a career-centric learning program through various modes such as classroom, online, and virtual platforms. Effective communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu will be crucial for success in this position. Reporting to the SVP - HR at the corporate office in Hyderabad, you will play a vital role in making Sigachi an Employer of Choice. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Training Gap Analysis to identify specific training needs for each role. - Develop learning paths aligned with career progression. - Design, create, and deliver training programs using internal and external subject matter experts. - Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements, including statutory, soft skills, behavioral, and leadership training. - Drive Sigachi's strategy to evolve into a Learning Organization. Qualification Required: - Possess 10 - 15 years of overall work experience, with a minimum of 6 - 8 years in leading Training and L&D activities. - Preference will be given to individuals with a proven track record in a Training company. - An MBA in HR from a reputable institute is an added advantage. - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu languages is essential. - Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly at an intermediate level in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Demonstrate high energy, creativity, and a passion for learning. - Exhibit a results-driven approach, with a focus on speed, quality outcomes, and a people-centric mindset. - Willingness to work six days a week and travel to Sigachi's factory locations in Hyderabad, Gujarat, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh as required for training delivery.
