We are looking for a strategic and proactive HR professional to partner with business leaders in driving organizational effectiveness and talent initiatives. This role demands a deep understanding of workforce planning, leadership development, culture, and change management. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on approach to influencing business decisions, operationalizing people strategies, and ensuring the organization thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to translate business objectives into effective people strategies and initiatives.
  • Talent & Workforce Planning: Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent calibration to ensure the right talent is in place for business growth.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Coach and guide senior leaders to strengthen people leadership capabilities and enhance team performance.
  • Organization Design & Change Management: Support organizational design, culture transformation, and change management initiatives to drive engagement and effectiveness.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze HR data and workforce trends to provide actionable insights and measure the impact of people initiatives.
  • Business Advocacy: Act as the voice of the business within HR, ensuring that HR solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned with business needs.
  • Culture & Engagement: Identify and drive initiatives that foster a strong culture, improve engagement, and support overall organizational performance.

Skills & Experience You Bring To The Table

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline; HR or management qualification preferred.
  • Experience: 4–7 years in HR business partnering, organizational development, or talent management, ideally supporting senior leadership.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to coach and influence senior leaders across diverse functions.
  • Strategic & Operational Expertise: Hands-on experience across strategic, operational, and tactical HR functions.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret HR metrics, trends, and workforce data to guide business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and influencing skills with credibility and integrity at all levels.
  • Core Competencies: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
