Manager- Human Resource Business Partner

As a strategic and proactive HR professional at Sirion, your role will involve partnering with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and talent initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with business leaders to translate business objectives into effective people strategies and initiatives. - Leading workforce planning, succession planning, and talent calibration to ensure the right talent is in place for business growth. - Coaching and guiding senior leaders to strengthen people leadership capabilities and enhance team performance. - Supporting organizational design, culture transformation, and change management initiatives to drive engagement and effectiveness. - Analyzing HR data and workforce trends to provide actionable insights and measure the impact of people initiatives. - Acting as the voice of the business within HR, ensuring that HR solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned with business needs. - Identifying and driving initiatives that foster a strong culture, improve engagement, and support overall organizational performance. The ideal candidate for this role will have: - Education: Graduate in any discipline; HR or management qualification preferred. - Experience: 4-7 years in HR business partnering, organizational development, or talent management, ideally supporting senior leadership. - Leadership: Proven ability to coach and influence senior leaders across diverse functions. - Strategic & Operational Expertise: Hands-on experience across strategic, operational, and tactical HR functions. - Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret HR metrics, trends, and workforce data to guide business decisions. - Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and influencing skills with credibility and integrity at all levels. - Core Competencies: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
