Manager - Human Resource

Purpose/Objective

Job Purpose: To manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the organization, ensuring timely and effective talent acquisition aligned with business needs. The role involves strategic collaboration with hiring managers, innovative sourcing, compliance with labor laws, and contributing to employer branding initiatives to position Adani Airports as an employer of choice

Key Responsibilities of Role

Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the group. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent pools and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. - Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization. - Coordinate with external agencies and partners for specialized recruitment needs. - Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Adani's reputation as an employer of choice in the Airports industry. - Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders. - Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies based on industry best practices. - Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Technical Competencies

Demonstrated experience in utilizing recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.,Experience in conducting behavioral interviews and candidate assessments.,Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes,Proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques through online channels, social media, and professional network

Qualifications and Experience

MBA in Human Resources or relevant stream
