Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with strong expertise in HR Operations, Generalist Functions, and Recruitment Processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience from the electrical manufacturing or a related industry and play a key role in shaping and managing our people strategy to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including employee life cycle management, payroll coordination, compliance, and policy implementation.
  • Act as a Generalist handling multiple aspects of HR including employee engagement, grievance management, performance management, and training & development.
  • Manage the full recruitment process: manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and induction.
  • Collaborate with leadership and department heads to ensure HR strategies align with organizational goals.
  • Drive employee retention and engagement programs to maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and labor laws applicable to the manufacturing sector.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs for operational excellence.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management for decision-making.
  • Lead initiatives for skill development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.

Key Requirements:

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in the electrical manufacturing industry or allied sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment processes, and generalist functions.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools and advanced MS Office skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and industry practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage HR teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
