Manager - HRBP

**Role Overview:** As an Assistant Manager/Consultant based in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in the HR team. Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of key areas within the field, such as year-end activities, performance development, moderation calls, and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) management. You will also be actively involved in employee engagement initiatives, Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs, and HRMS data management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contribute to year-end activities, performance development, moderation calls, and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) management. - Lead and support year-end performance review processes, including moderation calls and appraisal discussions. - Manage the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process to ensure effective execution and alignment with business objectives. - Drive performance development initiatives to enhance employee growth and capability. - Facilitate moderation discussions with managers and leaders to ensure fair and effective evaluations. - Plan and execute employee engagement activities and oversee Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs to align with company values. - Provide guidance on HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with company standards. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-6 years of relevant HR experience. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Act as a strategic partner to business leaders to enhance workforce productivity and morale.,
