Manager - HRBP

The role at Swiggy Instamart will be as an end-to-end HR Business Partner for warehouse/PODs employees. You will need to demonstrate high initiative and ownership in driving processes, ensuring compliance, and proactively identifying and escalating ground issues to the appropriate teams for prompt actions. Besides the HRBP responsibilities, this role will also involve managing key projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of processes for warehouse employees. Your responsibilities will include partnering with key business stakeholders on HR issues, utilizing process data and metrics to identify challenges and recommend innovative solutions for enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness, proactively identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities, evaluating existing processes, and driving productivity through various Performance Management and Talent Management initiatives. You will be responsible for end-to-end life cycle management, guiding unit HR for sourcing and hiring strategies, performance management, compensation, attendance, time management, HR policy implementation, employee engagement activities, grievance management, and resolving ethical/integrity/IR issues on the ground. Additionally, you will administer on-roll employees" performance management and learning & development, improve organizational design, provide change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management/succession planning, and support ongoing process improvement. Key success metrics for this role at Swiggy Instamart will include Employee NPS and Employee UPL. The preferred profiles for this position are individuals with HRBP experience in managing scale workforce in comparable e-commerce/retail sectors, experience in managing contractual workforce and people management, and an MBA in HR would be desirable. This role will be based out of the Regional Office with required travel to other cities within the region.,
