Job Description

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for non-leadership roles.
  • Support in the induction and onboarding of new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
  • Assist in coordinating training programs and skill development initiatives.
  • Support the performance appraisal process by maintaining accurate data and follow-ups.
  • Contribute to employee welfare programs, including health check-ups, wellness measures, and engagement activities.
  • Maintain the employee database and personal files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Participate in the implementation of HR best practices and contribute to policy evolution.

Administration & Facilities

  • Oversee courier services and maintain proper records.
  • Prepare and share the late-coming report and ensure attendance records are updated.
  • Coordinate with banks for new joiners account opening.
  • Arrange medical check-ups for shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements for employees.
  • Manage the procurement and distribution of uniforms for new joiners.
  • Ensure timely availability of housekeeping and canteen items.
  • Maintain and organize HR/admin forms and formats for efficient operations.

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Propose and implement processes that improve efficiency in HR and admin operations.
  • Contribute to company growth initiatives, including policy evolution, skill development, and employee engagement.
  • Act as a key partner to the Head of HR in driving transformation within HR and administrative practices.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 15+ years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in a manufacturing/plant setup.
  • Strong execution orientation with the ability to manage day-to-day HR and administrative tasks effectively.
  • Exposure to recruitment, training, employee engagement, and welfare programs.
  • Hands-on experience in managing facilities, vendors, and employee services.
  • Mature leadership qualities with the ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with senior leaders.
