HR TAG- Manager/Senior Manager

Role Description – Task and Responsibilities

• Partner with Business unit leadership on the fulfilment strategy
• Talent Acquisition (Strategy & Recruiting) includes work across multiple areas of skills/ technologies focusing of sourcing strategy for respective countries
• Talent staffing and planning (e.g., forecasting future hiring needs, aligning hiring strategy to longer term workforce plans, analyzing market trends that impact labour supply & demand, etc.)
• Talent mapping across target companies
• Manage the stakeholders and ensure that the business expectations are met in the challenging and fast paced environments
• Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting
• Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the Company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates and personally drives the highest standards of ethical behaviour for all involved in the recruiting process
• Ensure that the recruitment processes and compliance are followed as designed by the corporate and adherence without any deviation
• Ensure Local employment laws compliance for respective countries
• Must ensure that the all direct channels are rightly used to source the talent
• Talent evaluation and screening (e.g., analysing resumes for relevant skills, knowledge, and qualifications, conducting screening interviews, assisting managers with interviews, testing/ranking candidates, checking references and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates)
• Job advertising and posting (e.g., developing job descriptions, posting on internal and external sites, providing specifications to external recruiting agencies, etc.)
• Specialization Match Note: Para-Professional incumbents arrange interviews, handle communications with candidates, and assist with initial phone screening of candidates.
• Ensure that candidate is given the right experience at the time of hiring and own the hire until he/she is on-board.
• Deliver results in line with the recruitment metrics defined by the corporate teams
• Ensure that all positions are fulfilled with in the stipulated mentioned billing start date

Primary & Secondary Skills

• Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Skills & Knowledge about all applicable sourcing Tools / good communication Skills

Required Experience and Educational Qualification

• 9.5-13 years of Recruitment experience and Relevant experience
• Any Graduate
• Master’s Degree in HR preferred

• Ability to work in an unsettled environment and is able to bring in the stability.
