MIS Finance Manager

Reports to:

Manage all MIS (Management Information Systems) reporting functions for the finance department, delivering comprehensive, actionable financial insights to support business decisions and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS financial reports, including P&L, cost analysis, and division-wise performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial and operational data from multiple business units.
• Develop dashboards and reports for management, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Perform variance analysis, highlight deviations, and propose corrective actions to management.
• Lead budget planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring activities.
• Track key business metrics, KPIs, and identify trends for operational and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting through regular reconciliations and audits.
• Support financial planning and analysis activities, prepare board presentations, and contribute to risk review meetings.
• Implement and improve MIS processes using advanced Excel and relevant financial tools.
• Stay up-to-date with technology, regulatory changes, and best practices in data reporting.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in MIS reporting, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver timely, accurate insights to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
