Requirements Demand Generation Manager We’re looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to develop and optimize full-funnel strategies across our SaaS and staffing services. Ideal for a performance marketer who thrives in fast-paced, growth-focused environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead B2B demand generation programs to drive qualified leads and pipeline growthRun multi-channel campaigns (paid search, social, email, ABM, webinars). Manage nurture flows, marketing automation, and funnel movement. Align with Sales, SDRs, and Talent teams on MQLs, lead scoring, and handoffs Analyze campaign ROI and conversion metrics (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Collaborate on content strategy to ensure message consistency across the funnel. Test growth loops, retargeting, and CRO tactics. Segment audiences across SaaS (CTOs, Product Heads) and Staffing (HR, Hiring Managers). Requirements: 5–8 years in B2B demand gen (SaaS, staffing, or IT services preferred). Proficiency with HubSpot, Zoho, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools. Strong grasp of buyer journeys, intent data, and nurturing flows. Data-driven, with excellent analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills Familiar with key SaaS metrics (CAC, MQL, SQL, CLTV). Experience in content marketing, SEO, SEM, CRO, and social media management. Ability to track, analyze, and report marketing KPIs with actionable insights.
