Demand Generation Manager
We’re looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to develop and optimize full-funnel strategies across our SaaS and staffing services. Ideal for a performance marketer who thrives in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead B2B demand generation programs to drive qualified leads and pipeline growthRun multi-channel campaigns (paid search, social, email, ABM, webinars).
Manage nurture flows, marketing automation, and funnel movement.
Align with Sales, SDRs, and Talent teams on MQLs, lead scoring, and handoffs
Analyze campaign ROI and conversion metrics (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Collaborate on content strategy to ensure message consistency across the funnel.
Test growth loops, retargeting, and CRO tactics.
Segment audiences across SaaS (CTOs, Product Heads) and Staffing (HR, Hiring Managers).
