Evaluate and select appropriate components, materials, and technologies to ensure optimal product performance. Testing & Validation: Conduct testing and validation of products, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards (e.g., IP ratings for ex-pr oof cameras). Trouble shoot and resolve technical issues during the product development lifecycle. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of assigned products, from concept to end-of-life, including updates, improvements, and enhancements. Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery. Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documents, including datasheets, user manuals, and installation guides. Maintain accurate records of product specifications, test results, and changes. Customer Support: Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams. Assist in resolving customer queries related to product performance and functionality. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus. Experience: 2+ years of experience in product engineering or a related role in the security and surveillance industry. Must have experience in Product compliances (Network switches. CCTV etc.). Technical Expertise: Knowledge of hardware and firmware development. Familiarity with IP networks, PoE, ONVIF protocols, and cybersecurity standards.

Strong experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and target achievement. Proficiency in CRM tools and SAP software for tracking sales activities and customer engagement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account Executive with strong experience in Tally, stock accounting . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring proper accounting of inventory and stock movement. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily accounting tasks including sales, purchase, expense, payment, and journal entries in Tally ERP . Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers, and support monthly/annual closing activities. Perform stock accounting including valuation, consumption tracking, and posting stock-related entries in Tally. Coordinate with store, procurement, and operations teams for regular stock updates and physical verification. Prepare stock-related reports (stock position, ageing, consumption, discrepancies) for management review. Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements. Support audit requirements with proper documentation and reconciliation reports.
