Prepare and submit bids, ensuring compliance with tender requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documents, specifications, and certifications for tender submissions. Ensure proper documentation, including technical and financial bid preparation. Handle tender queries, pre-bid meetings, and follow-ups with concerned authorities. Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, and bid status updates. Stay updated with government procurement guidelines and changes in tendering processes. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for quotations and price negotiations. Work on technical documentation related to ELV products and solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in tendering, bidding, and procurement. Hands-on experience with GeM Portal, e-Procurement, and government tendering processes. Knowledge of ELV industry and ELV products. Strong understanding of technical documentation and tender specifications. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tendering software. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in handling large-scale government and corporate tenders. Familiarity with contract negotiation and vendor management. We serve our clients across the industry in various sectors like Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, Steel, Mining, Cement, Transportation, and other critical infrastructure including Hospitals, Airports etc. Role: Product Development & Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop products that meet market requirements and industry standards. Evaluate and select appropriate components, materials, and technologies to ensure optimal product performance. Testing & Validation: Conduct testing and validation of products, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards (e.g., IP ratings for ex-pr oof cameras). Trouble shoot and resolve technical issues during the product development lifecycle. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of assigned products, from concept to end-of-life, including updates, improvements, and enhancements. Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery. Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documents, including datasheets, user manuals, and installation guides. Maintain accurate records of product specifications, test results, and changes. Customer Support: Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams. Assist in resolving customer queries related to product performance and functionality. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus. Experience: 2+ years of experience in product engineering or a related role in the security and surveillance industry. Must have experience in Product compliances (Network switches. CCTV etc.). Technical Expertise: Knowledge of hardware and firmware development. Familiarity with IP networks, PoE, ONVIF protocols, and cybersecurity standards.
