Brief About The Team

We are looking for a data-driven professional to join our team as a

Data Analyst - Business Intelligence

. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like Power BI and Tableau, and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable business insights. This role is critical for driving data-backed decisions and supporting strategic planning across departments.

What are we looking for?

• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights that support business decision-making.
• Interpret data trends and patterns to identify business opportunities, risks, and process improvement areas.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Create and maintain Excel and Google Sheet-based models for operational and strategic reporting.
• Present findings and insights through visually compelling PowerPoint presentations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, sales, procurement, etc.) to understand data requirements and deliver relevant analytics.
• Apply statistical methods to support forecasting, trend analysis, and performance evaluation.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency through scripting or workflow optimization.
• Support business case development and KPI tracking through timely, accurate reporting.
