About the Company Tata Industries is responsible for incubating/investing in early-stage businesses/startups where Product Market Fit is yet to be established. Further, Healthcare is one of the key focus areas for TIL and it is focusing on tech-enabled predictive and personalized healthcare. Point of care devices and remote care delivery will be a critical part of the healthcare value chain coverage. About the Role The Analyst / Sr. Analyst will play a critical role in advancing the healthcare diagnostic venture. S/he would be responsible for owning up some of the product development, go-to-market and other upcoming activities to drive the business forward. In select cases, the candidate will also, parallelly, play a critical role in advancing opportunities in identified deep-tech areas (AI, robotics, biosciences) and evaluate potential start-up investment opportunities. Essential Attributes Functional Healthcare Diagnostics venture: Product Development and testing Feedback loops from various stakeholders to evolve and improve on the product. Coordinate UI/UX, software & hardware and technology integration. Be deeply involved in the manufacturing process, quality testing and logistics. Go-to-Market Implementing strategies to drive adoption and market penetration through identified channels. Conceive/Develop new channels to drive business adoption. Executing and evaluating the performance of implemented strategies and making necessary adjustments. Vendor Management Own and drive daily operations to meet the deadlines set. Regulatory Coordinate documentation for required regulatory filings Interest in Emerging Technologies such as Robotics, Synthetic Biology and AI Doing extensive secondary research through publicly available information Ability to read financial statements (preferred, not mandatory) Behavioral Entrepreneurial mindset – a go-getter / problem solver Good interpersonal skills – to interact effectively with senior leaders, business partners, industry experts. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity. Inquisitiveness will be key to succeeding in this role Qualification Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering/economics/statistics. Please note that this is a Pre-MBA role and MBA degree holders will not be considered for this position. Certifications like CFA or background in financial modelling will be a plus. Job Description What are the Key Deliverables in this role ? Financial Outcomes Drive Primary & Secondary Sales in the territory in line with the business objectives of the company. Primary Sales - Develop the channel partner network and implement the distribution objectives to drive reach & penetration across the territory. Secondary sales (Retail Distribution) - Increase number of retail outlets, maintain high service level, drive visibility of all categories of products and ensure commercial hygiene (usage of technology while placing retail orders) in the territory.
