Role Overview: As a Manager, Data Analytics (Reporting & Dashboarding COE Support) at McDonald's, you will be instrumental in supporting the enterprise's data, analytics, and AI strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Gather requirements for data analysis based on business requests and create project plans for specific analyses. - Conduct thorough analysis using descriptive and perspective techniques. - Create comprehensive dashboards with visualizations to assist leaders in interpreting results and tracking progress efficiently. - Implement modern techniques to automate specific requests and standardize reports. - Communicate insights from analysis and dashboards to leadership through presentations and summaries. - Collaborate with the Tech team to enhance data infrastructure based on reporting needs. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software. - Experience in data visualization and storytelling to effectively communicate insights, preferably with Tableau experience. - Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, and R is crucial. - Project management experience in data-related initiatives at large global companies. - Educational background in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role. - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
