Role Overview: As a Data Analysis Manager at Tata 1mg, you will be leading the Planning & Purchase team in Gurugram. You will play a crucial role in analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights that drive business decision-making. Your expertise in tools like Power BI and Tableau will be essential in interpreting data trends, identifying opportunities, and designing interactive dashboards for strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights that support business decision-making. - Interpret data trends and patterns to identify business opportunities, risks, and process improvement areas. - Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar. - Create and maintain Excel and Google Sheet-based models for operational and strategic reporting. - Present findings and insights through visually compelling PowerPoint presentations to stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, sales, procurement, etc.) to understand data requirements and deliver relevant analytics. - Apply statistical methods to support forecasting, trend analysis, and performance evaluation. - Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency through scripting or workflow optimization. - Support business case development and KPI tracking through timely, accurate reporting. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Power BI and Tableau. - Ability to interpret complex data into actionable business insights. - Experience in creating and maintaining Excel and Google Sheet-based models. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for sharing insights with stakeholders. - Prior experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting strategic planning. - Knowledge of statistical methods for forecasting and trend analysis. - Familiarity with automating recurring reports and improving reporting efficiency.
