Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager – Business Development, located in Gurgaon. The Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, develop strategies for market expansion, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Responsibilities also include preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing market insights to drive growth and increase revenue.

Qualifications

Strong experience in business development, sales, and market expansion
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in developing and maintaining client relationships
Strategic thinking and ability to identify growth opportunities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience in the logistics or technology industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
