Maintain long-term relationships through consistent communication, feedback collection, and problem resolution. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product, engineering, operations, and marketing teams to align solutions with customer requirements. Provide inputs to improve product features, pricing models, and customer engagement strategies. Report customer insights and sales performance to leadership for strategic decision-making. 5. Business Reporting & Strategic Insights Track sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and revenue forecasts. Generate reports on sector-wise performance and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to guide product development, market entry, and growth initiatives.
