Sr Manager/DGM Structure Design (Steel +RCC)

Role Overview: Our client, one of the leading real estate developers in India, is looking for a Civil Engineer with 15-23 years of experience to join their team. As a part of this dynamic business group, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, supervising contractor works, and implementing cost-effective solutions to ensure timely delivery and quality of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate all project activities, act as an interface between vendors and consultants, and ensure timely delivery of GFC drawings at the site. - Ensure execution as per the approved shop drawings, GFC drawings, and specifications. - Coordinate with consultants to resolve site-related execution issues and clarify missing details in drawings for the site team. - Supervise contractor works periodically to ensure timely delivery and quality as per specifications. - Coordinate with consultants to derive cost-effective solutions with maximum durability of systems. Qualifications Required: - BE / BTech/MTech in Civil Engineering from a reputed college. - 15-23 years of experience in the relevant industry. - Strong execution and high interpersonal skills.
