About the Role

Senior Manager – Structure Design

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and review structural design for high-rise and large-scale projects.
  • Validate consultant drawings, calculations, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, seismic & safety norms.
  • Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and project teams.
  • Drive value engineering for cost and design optimization.
  • Provide technical support during construction and approvals.

Requirements

  • B.E./B.Tech Civil (M.Tech in Structures preferred).
  • 10–18 years’ experience in structural design (real estate/consultancy/EPC).
  • Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD, Revit.
  • Strong knowledge of IS & international codes.
  • Experience in high-rise & large-span structures.
  • Leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
