Senior Manager Structure Design

As a highly skilled Senior Manager Structure Design, you will be responsible for leading structural design projects for a variety of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Your role will involve validating designs, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring that structures are safe, cost-effective, and compliant with regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and review structural design for high-rise and large-scale projects. - Validate consultant drawings, calculations, and reports. - Ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, seismic, and safety norms. - Coordinate effectively with architects, MEP consultants, and project teams. - Drive value engineering initiatives for cost and design optimization. - Provide technical support during construction phases and approvals. Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structures preferred). - 10-18 years of experience in structural design within real estate, consultancy, or EPC sectors. - Proficiency in software such as ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD, and Revit. - Strong knowledge of IS codes and international standards. - Experience working on high-rise and large-span structures. - Demonstrated leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
