Senior Manager Structure Design

As a highly skilled Senior Manager in Structure Design, you will play a crucial role in leading the structural design for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and reviewing structural design for high-rise and large-scale projects. - Validating consultant drawings, calculations, and reports. - Ensuring compliance with IS codes, NBC, seismic & safety norms. - Coordinating with architects, MEP consultants, and project teams. - Driving value engineering for cost and design optimization. - Providing technical support during construction and approvals. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - B.E./B.Tech Civil degree (M.Tech in Structures preferred). - 10-18 years of experience in structural design (real estate/consultancy/EPC). - Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD, Revit. - Strong knowledge of IS & international codes. - Experience in high-rise & large-span structures. - Leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
