Position Overview:

Lead – Growth & Product Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute

  user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies

  for the app.
• Build

  multi-channel marketing campaigns

  (digital, influencer, field activations, partnerships).
• Partner with

  Product & Tech teams

  to optimize app experience using analytics and user feedback.
• Define and track

  key growth metrics

  (CAC, LTV, churn, retention).
• Develop a

  brand narrative

  around sustainability, innovation, and community impact.
• Lead creation of

  digital and vernacular content

  tailored to farmers.
• Manage marketing budgets, agency partners, and internal teams for impactful execution.

Key Requirements:

• 6–12 years in

  consumer-tech, e-commerce, mobility, or AgriTech startups

  .
• Proven experience in

  app marketing, growth, and user acquisition

  .
• Hands-on with

  digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign automation

  .
• Understanding of

  rural or tier-2/3 user adoption

  is a plus.
• MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Product, or related field.
• Strong analytical, creative, and execution skills.
