Sr Frontend Developer

You will be joining Skye Air Mobility as a front end developer, where your main responsibility will be to ensure that web design aligns with user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages. As part of your role, you will work closely with back end developers, graphic designers, and user experience designers to ensure a cohesive web creation process. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team. Your key duties will include determining the structure and design of web pages, making design choices based on user experience, developing features to enhance user experience, and striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design. You will also be tasked with building reusable code for future use, optimizing web pages for speed and scalability, and maintaining brand consistency throughout the design process. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, with at least 3-8 years of experience as a Software Developer. A solid understanding of key design principles, design patterns, data structures, and advanced programming techniques is required. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Angular, Bootstrap, and jQuery is essential, along with experience in VS Code and GIT. Additionally, familiarity with server-side CSS, testing/debugging, Docker, Kubernetes, responsive and adaptive design will be beneficial for this position.
