Develop and update job descriptions aligned with program needs. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to fulfill organizational requirements. Suggest and utilize relevant NGO, social, and development sector portals, networks, and referrals for hiring. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through portals Approach and partner with educational institutes to build a steady talent pipeline. Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and program teams. Facilitate selection processes including assessments, reference checks, and offer finalization. Maintain recruitment data, reports, and talent pipelines for future requirements. DESIRABLE Prior experience in building talent pipelines through institutes and sector-specific platforms is desirable.
