The role is responsible for driving corporate and enterprise sales for employee transport services by acquiring new clients and managing the complete sales lifecycle. The position focuses on understanding client transportation needs, designing customized solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals while ensuring revenue growth and target achievement. The role also involves building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, collaborating with operations for effective service delivery, and expanding existing accounts through retention, upselling, and cross-selling. A strong result-oriented mindset, independent account management, and on-ground B2B sales experience in employee transport are essential.
· Identify and acquire new corporate and enterprise clients to meet regional sales targets.
· Own the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, client meetings, proposal development, negotiations, deal closure, and payment follow-ups.
· Understand client travel requirements, corporate travel, employee transport, and design customized commercial proposals.
· Build and sustain long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers an stakeholders.
· Lead pricing and contract negotiations in alignment with company margins and approval frameworks.
· Analyze account performance to improve retention and expand revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
· Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report revenue forecasts, closures, and target achievement.
· Collaborate with operations teams to improve service delivery, client satisfaction, and market penetration.
· Represent the company professionally in client meetings, industry events, and corporate transport-related business discussions.
· Graduate in any discipline; post-graduate qualification preferred.
· 5–8 years of experience in business development or corporate sales, Employee Transport, preferably in the Service Industry.
· Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with proven on-ground B2B sales experience in employee transport.
· Ability to independently manage regional targets and key accounts.
· Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
· Result-driven mindset with strong ownership of revenue, accounts, and closures.
· Proficiency in English and Tamil (spoken and written).
· Should have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and should be able to exercise professional Judgement.
· Should possess good personal values such as integrity, honesty and good ethics.
