Key Responsibilities
Learner Engagement & Sales ● Identify and engage prospective learners through calls, digital platforms, and referrals ● Understand learner backgrounds, career aspirations, and learning needs ● Counsel learners on Scaler’s DSA and other upskilling programs ● Convert qualified leads into enrollments and achieve assigned sales targets Lead Management & CRM ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in CRM systems ● Track follow-ups, conversions, and pipeline status Revenue & Performance ● Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets ● Monitor personal sales performance and continuously improve conversion rates Market & Competitor Insights ● Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis ● Share insights with internal teams to improve sales strategies Cross-Functional Coordination ● Coordinate with onboarding, operations, and academic teams to ensure a smooth learner experience ● Support learners through the enrollment and onboarding journey Requirements ● Graduate in any stream (Bachelor’s degree mandatory) ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ● Strong interest in B2C sales, target achievement, and customer interaction ● Experience in B2C sales or EdTech sales is preferred but not mandatory for freshers ●
Basic understanding of LSQ (Lead Scoring & Qualification) is an added advantage ● Confident, goal-oriented, and result-driven mindset ● Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively.
