About NitroCommerce

NitroCommerce.ai is a performance-driven growth platform helping businesses scale customer acquisition through data, automation, and high-intent lead generation. While we work extensively with D2C brands, we are now aggressively expanding into non-D2C verticals including Real Estate, EdTech, and BFSI (Banks, NBFCs, Financial Services).

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales / Business Development professional who has hands-on experience selling lead generation or performance marketing solutions to non-D2C clients. The ideal candidate comes from a lead generation or digital agency background and understands how to sell, manage, and scale lead programs across multiple verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales for non-D2C clients across Real Estate, EdTech, and BFSI
  • Prospect, pitch, and close mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Sell lead generation, performance marketing, and growth solutions
  • Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure lead quality and ROI
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with consistent closures
  • Understand client KPIs (CPL, CAC, lead quality, conversion rates)
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, founders, and marketing heads
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions to existing clients
  • Track performance, forecast revenue, and meet monthly/quarterly targets

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–6 years of experience in sales / BD / growth roles
  • Strong experience selling lead generation services
  • Background in digital marketing agencies, performance agencies, or lead gen firms
  • Hands-on exposure to Real Estate, EdTech, and BFSI clients
  • Proven ability to close B2B deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of paid media, funnels, CRM, and lead lifecycle
  • Comfortable with targets and fast-paced environments

Preferred Background

  • Candidates from agencies that generate leads for Real Estate, EdTech, and BFSI
  • Experience selling performance marketing, paid ads, or SaaS solutions
  • Existing network in non-D2C industries is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
