Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Property Management : Oversee the management and seamless operations of 5 star properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Guest Experience : Ensure consistent, top-notch guest service across all properties by coordinating with on-site staff and responding proactively to guest needs and feedback. Operational Efficiency : Implement strategies to improve the efficiency of operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. Team Management : Lead, train, and mentor on-site staff, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and deliver exceptional service. Vendor Coordination : Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services, including maintenance, housekeeping, and supplies. Property Inspections : Conduct regular property inspections to ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and performance standards. Complaint Resolution : Handle and resolve guest complaints, working to achieve high satisfaction levels and positive guest feedback. Budget Management : Monitor and manage operational budgets, optimizing resources without compromising quality. Requirements: Experience : 2+ years of experience in hotel or property management, with a focus on managing luxury properties. Location : Must be based in or willing to relocate to South Goa, as the role requires frequent travel between properties in the region. Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team, with strong people-management skills. Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff, guests, and vendors. Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to resolving issues swiftly and efficiently. Attention to Detail : Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all aspects of property operations meet the highest standards. Budget Management : Experience in managing operational budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations. Adaptability : Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure. Education : A degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Hospitality: 2 years (Required) Location: Goa, Goa (Preferred) Work Location: In person
