Job Description

The Accounts Manager will oversee the end-to-end financial operations of Red Rhino, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, statutory compliance, efficient cash flow management, and strong financial planning to support business growth. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of the F&B/brewery ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain accurate day-to-day and real-time bookkeeping and accounting records.
  • Manage high-volume transactions, ensure timely payouts, invoicing, and resolution of stakeholder queries.

Statutory Compliance & Audits

  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, ESI, PF, and Professional Tax.
  • Coordinate statutory audits with timely documentation, reconciliations, and follow-ups.

Financial Planning, Budgeting & Analysis

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, variance analyses, and P&L statements across production, labor, raw materials, inventory, and overheads.
  • Monitor key KPIs such as gross margin, EBITDA, working capital cycle, and cost per unit.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports, dashboards, and financial insights for management review.

Cash Flow & Vendor Management

  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Optimize cash flow, working capital management, and ensure timely tax filings (GST).

Inventory & Cost Optimization

  • Conduct regular audits and inventory valuations (FIFO/recipe costing).
  • Analyze waste reduction opportunities, pricing strategies, and cost-control measures for perishables and high-volume supply chains.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations, sales, procurement, and global teams for demand forecasting, capex planning, and e-commerce integrations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, manufacturing, or brewery industries.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Proficient in Excel, accounting software, and dashboard/reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume, and seasonally fluctuating environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
