📢 We're Hiring: MIS Manager 📍 Location: Vasundhara, Ghaziabad 🕒 Experience: 6+ Years (MIS, Reporting, Dashboarding) 💰 Salary: Between ₹ 25,000/- to ₹35,000/month + applicable allowances 📅 Joining: Immediate Preferred 🎓 Qualification: B.Tech or Technical Degree Graduates Only Role Overview We’re looking for a seasoned MIS Manager who can manage intense workloads while delivering high-quality reports, dashboards, and data insights. If you can handle pressure and thrive in a data-heavy, fast-moving environment, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Create, manage, and automate MIS reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders Analyze and present large datasets to support critical decisions Maintain regular and ad hoc reports with zero tolerance for errors Build and maintain Excel-based tools (macros, pivot tables, advanced formulas) Coordinate across departments to ensure timely and accurate data flow Monitor daily operations through structured reporting and performance metrics Use project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, or MS Project ) to track reporting tasks and deadlines Recommend process improvements and drive efficiency in reporting systems Required Skills Advanced Excel and data visualization expertise Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Strong experience with dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Familiarity with project/task management platforms (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.) Excellent analytical and communication skills Proven ability to handle high-pressure workloads Exceptional coordination and time management abilities 📨 To apply, send your resume to: support@shandilyam.com #MISExecutive #ProjectManagement #ExcelExperts #Dashboarding #ImmediateJoiners #VasundharaJobs #DataAnalytics #HiringNow #ShandilyamHiring Show more Show less
