Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and logistics expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, dynamic, and forward-thinking teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of inbound and outbound logistics, contributing to the timely delivery of goods and enhancing operational efficiencies. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Region/Country Supply Chain team, Project Planning, Sourcing, and Warehouse teams), oversee logistics/transport operators, and ensure compliance with customs regulations, among other responsibilities.You’ll specifically take care of managing transportation budgets and vendor payments, but also optimizing supply chain strategies for lean material flow.We’ll look to you for:
- Planning and managing packing, shipping, and outbound transportation to external suppliers and customers
- Coordinating inbound transportation from external suppliers based on purchasing incoterms
- Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and collaborating with customs experts and 3PL operators
- Monitoring and managing logistics supplier commitments and performance (including OTIF and other KPIs)
- Providing visibility on delivery dates to site material planners
- Managing vendor bills and ensuring timely resolution of payment queries
All About You

- Engineering degree in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or business management
- Around 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry with exposure to at least two of the following functions: logistics and forwarding, customs, or warehouse management
- Experience in ODC (Over Dimensional Cargo) handling is desirable
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Strong language skills in English, with proficiency in Hindi being an advantage
- Planning and organizing skills with a focus on supporting, training, and coaching staff
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Knowledge of transportation, distribution, scheduling techniques, and supplier relationship management
