Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

·     Administer email flow, transport settings, and manage DNS records (MX, CNAME) for Exchange Online.

·     Configure and manage archiving, legal hold, SPAM filters, and quarantine policies.

·     Manage recipient-related tasks: mailbox permissions, mail forwarding, shared mailboxes, and Autodiscover.

·     Provide Exchange Online support using PowerShell.

·     Troubleshoot Teams web/audio/video conferencing and connectivity issues affecting multiple users.

·     Manage advanced SharePoint/OneDrive permissions, user groups, and external sharing.

·     Configure and manage Defender for Office 365 spam/malware/quarantine policies, whitelisting/blacklisting.

·     Perform advanced Entra ID (Azure AD) administration: domains, certificates, SSO, AD Connect, Conditional Access, federation, and integration with on-premises AD.

·     Manage security and compliance: archival, DLP, MDM, eDiscovery, retention/deletion/preservation policies, content search.

·     Oversee Intune: advanced policy configuration, device wipe/retire, app deployment, LOB app packaging, Autopilot, update rings.

·     Configure and fine-tune Defender for Endpoint policies and alert routing.

·     Design and implement Azure RBAC, NSG, and backup/DR configurations.

·     Enforce security policies using Defender for Cloud and Azure Policy.

·     Manage Azure Active Directory, including hybrid identity, SSO, and Conditional Access.

·     Perform advanced troubleshooting of Azure VMs, networking, and storage.

·     Lead incident response and root cause analysis for Azure service disruptions.

·     Prepare and implement changes in accordance with CAB and change management processes.

·     Escalate platform issues to Microsoft as needed.

·     Generate or create and review compliance, security, and operational reports for both M365 and Azure.

·     Provide technical guidance and mentorship to L1/L1.5 Cloud Support Engineers.

·     Stay updated on Microsoft 365 and Azure platform changes, security threats, and best practices.

·     Contribute to the development of runbooks, automation scripts, and knowledge base articles.

·     Remote assist into end user environment to perform troubleshooting whenever necessary.

·     Automate routine tasks whenever possible

·     Monthly knowledge sharing sessions with Team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·     Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

·     3+ years’ experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure administration and support.

·     Proficiency with Microsoft 365 admin center, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Defender suite, and Azure portal.

·     Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.

·     In-depth understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments.

·     Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

  • ·     Certifications: MS-102, AZ-104, or equivalent (preferred); ITIL Foundation is a plus.
