Job Title: Legal Manager Company: TPIPAY FINTECH Pvt Ltd Location: Bhubaneswar Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1+ years Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month Qualification: LL.B. Requirements Educational & Professional Background: LL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M. or CS certification preferred). 3+ years of post-qualification experience in legal/compliance roles—ideally within fintech, banking, or financial services. Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of Indian corporate laws, fintech regulations (RBI guidelines, IT Act, PMLA, etc.), and statutory compliance. Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (vendor agreements, NDAs, MoUs, SLAs). Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into clear business guidelines. Familiarity with litigation management, dispute resolution, and coordinating with external counsels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. High integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate all commercial agreements—ensuring enforceable terms that align with company objectives. Monitor regulatory changes and advise teams on compliance (RBI/SEBI filings, MCA submissions, data-privacy norms). Identify legal risks, provide timely counsel on corporate governance, IP, employment law, and data privacy. Manage inbound/outbound litigation—liaise with external counsels, prepare briefs, and track case progress. Develop and update internal policies (data privacy, anti-fraud, whistleblower) and conduct employee training sessions.
