Job Description

As a Legal Associate in our company, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end legal due diligence on various properties acquired by the Company. Your key duties and responsibilities will include: - Preparing preliminary notes on the property and title reports. - Coordinating with external advocates to obtain legal opinions. - Formulating compliance check-lists to ensure all required information is provided. - Preparing, reviewing, and modifying contractual instruments to support business activities. - Coordinating with a panel of advocates, legal experts, and institutions for legal opinions on project approvals. - Handling queries from customers and advocates regarding projects. - Drafting various legal documents such as Memorandum of Undertaking, Joint Development Agreements of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Procurement Agreements, and other property-related deeds. Desired skills and experience for this role include: - Ability to take responsibilities and show initiative. - Making effective decisions under difficult circumstances. - Adherence to ethics and values. - Establishing effective relationships through networking. - Excellent communication, presentation, clear, analytical, and proactive thinking skills. Desired qualifications and experience for this position are: - An LLB Degree. - Thorough knowledge of the Real Estate Industry and Property Law. - Mandatory requirement of the ability to read, write, and translate Kannada. Please note that compensation and benefits will be discussed based on HR discussions and interview performance.
