Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, CLRA, etc.) Timely payments and returns filling under all labour acts. Timely reply to all notices received from gout. officials. Coordinate with consultant for day to day compliance activities. Keep updated with all amendments in labor laws and implement. Maintain payroll and statutory compliance trackers and reports. Knowledge of end to end payroll processing
