Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Manager based in Bhubaneswar. The Accounts Manager will oversee client accounts, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure timely resolution of client inquiries. Key responsibilities include managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and supporting audits. The position involves coordinating with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies. Strategic planning and client engagement are integral to this role.

Qualifications

Strong financial management skills, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
Customer relationship management and client communication expertise
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client and operational issues effectively
Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate and systematic records
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
Experience in fintech, banking, or a related sector is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment on-site in Bhubaneswar
