Learning & Development Associate

You’ll help drive initiatives that focus on identifying learning needs, supporting training programs, and maintaining internal skill development data across AI, Full Stack Development, and Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and coordinating structured learning paths and training calendars.
• Support planning and execution of technical training sessions, bootcamps, and certifications.
• Collaborate with HR, Tech Leads, and Resource Managers to identify skill gaps.
• Help maintain and update internal competency frameworks and learning records.
• Track learning participation, engagement, and outcomes using spreadsheets or internal tools.
• Coordinate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external training partners.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations on training effectiveness.
• Maintain a skills inventory to support workforce planning and project readiness.
• Provide administrative and operational support for L&D initiatives.

What We’re Looking

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering or related fields).
• MBA in HR or related specialization preferred.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience or internships in HROpeations, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
• Interest in building a career in talent development within a technology-driven organization.
• Good understanding of technical domains like Full Stack, Cloud, or AI is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with dashboards is a bonus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Exposure to LMS platforms or online learning tools like Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, or Udemy.
• Certifications or coursework in L&D, Talent Management, or Instructional Design (optional).
• Familiarity with technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) or workforce planning tools (optional).
