Learning & Development Associate

You will be responsible for assisting in the design, planning, and execution of training programs for employees. You will collaborate with trainers, managers, and stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of learning initiatives. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating engaging training materials, presentations, and reports. Your role will involve tracking and analyzing training effectiveness through data and feedback tools, as well as maintaining accurate training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) or other HRMS tools. You will also support the L&D team in researching new training methods, technologies, and trends. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field. While 1 year of experience in HR or training (including internships or academic projects) is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), an analytical mindset, and a passion for continuous learning and professional development are also key qualifications for this position.
