Learning & Development Associate

Role Summary

Kickstart your career in the financial services industry by supporting our Training & Investments team. You’ll coordinate webinars, manage data, and ensure smooth execution of learning programs that empower professionals across the network.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate webinars: invites, registrations, live support, and recordings.
Create and manage registration, feedback, and survey forms.
Maintain participant data and prepare simple MIS reports.
Communicate with attendees and manage follow-ups.
Assist in preparing training decks and handouts.

What You’ll Gain

Hands-on experience in Learning & Development operations.
Exposure to training delivery, communication, and reporting tools.
A strong foundation to grow into training, operations, or financial services roles.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
Familiar with Google Workspace, Zoom/Teams, and online forms.
