Job Role:

Learning & Development SPOC

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, Implement and Deliver comprehensive training strategy aligned with the organization's brand, customer experience, and business goals.
Conduct training needs analysis across Corporate Functions.
Forecast annual training budgets and manage training costs effectively.
Design and deliver training modules on brand values, fashion trends, styling, customer experience, product knowledge, and leadership development.
Drive onboarding programs (Campus to Corporate) to assimilate new hires into the fashion culture swiftly and effectively.
Implement digital learning platforms and micro learning modules suited to a fast-paced fashion environment.
Develop bite-sized training videos, podcasts, and mobile-first content for a distributed workforce.
Build competency frameworks and run management development programs to groom future leaders.
Collaborate with external partners to design and deliver certifications programs
Track and report on training effectiveness through KPIs such as sales impact, customer satisfaction, internal promotion rates, and employee engagement.
Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, completion rates, and impact analysis.

Education & Experience:

Regular Bachelor or Master’s degree
Must be expert in Canva and Excel
Minimum have 8 Yrs. of relevant experience in Fashion Retail or relevant profile
